Leadership, Service and Community Commitment! 

Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Scott has a diverse background in education, military service, and community leadership. He attended college in the Midwest, where he was elected to the Board of Trustees, served in the Naval Reserves, earned a Master’s from Temple University, and worked in healthcare, supporting nursing homes and assisted living centers nationwide.

An active community leader in Pinellas County, Scott is a past president of Leadership Pinellas and Pinellas Trails, Inc. He was a finalist for the 2006 PRO Community Service Award and received the 2007 PACE Award for Business Leader of the Year. He is a founding member of the Safety Harbor Public Library Foundation Board, has served on the Lighthouse of Pinellas Board, and was part of the 2010 St. Petersburg College Presidential Search Committee.

Scott holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation and is a NAR Military Relocation Professional. Passionate about giving back, he believes volunteerism is key to strengthening the community.
